Heirloom Series
Heirloom Doors have rounded corners and rubbed through edges that reveal bare wood under a painted color coating. The doors are painted and top coated with 20 degree conversion varnish directly onto a wood surface. Character marks in the wood door are not filled and cracks or pin knots may appear through the painted surface. The Heirloom door style is intended to provide a rustic look which is entirely dependent on the natural wood surface properties.
Impression Series
These five piece hybrid doors have paint grade maple frames with MDF center panels. The doors are sanded, cracks and openings are filled, then, primer and enamel paint are applied. A layer of clear conversion varnish is used as the final coat. The wood frame is subject to seasonal movement and hairline cracks will occur where stiles and rails are joined. It must be made clear that paint crack lines or fractures are to be expected.
Fremont
One of our most popular doors! Choose your cabinet’s look from the six most popular colors. Melamine slab door laminated on two sides with a decorative paper overlay that is applied to a 5/8" engineered core. The thermally fused laminated surface offers excellent scratch resistance. All sides of the door are sealed with a matching edgeband. Standard grain orientation is vertical on doors and drawers. Not grain matched. Grain matching is available upon request.
Thermafoil
Thermofoil doors are 1 piece vacuum formed over profiles and edges and are color consistent, durable and resistant to chipping. The back of the doors are white melamine.
Woodline 1900
Woodline 1900 is a highly textured 5-piece Shaker style door that works well with traditional all the way through contemporary designs. Your choice of drawer fronts: slab, 3-piece or 5-piece. Make your kitchen look the way you want!
Woodline Slab
Double or single sided thermo structured surface 3/4" thick door with 1mm matching edge band on all four sides. The standard grain orientation on door and drawer fronts is vertical, not grain matched unless requested. Horizontal grain is available with some size limitations.
